Any pesticide used by the Vendor in apartments in which IPM interventions are performed must be approved in advance by the Administering Department. Campuses within the network range in size from a few thousand to over a 1 million square feet emphasizing the need for a new and robust Facilities Management and Asset Information System with the capability and capacity to organize, identify, and manage preventative maintenance and repairs to all infrastructure assets. The Pier 6 Northwest Corner Restoration project is intended to revive the unprogrammed Northwest corner of Pier 6.</p><p>Pier 6 is the southernmost pier of BBP, and is located between Bridge Park Drive and Atlantic Avenue. The restoration includes spall repairs of concrete walls and curb, selective demolition, lead abatement and repainting, lighting and electrical, and earthworks. BBP has also included add-alternates for additional electrical scope, and installation of bench seating</p><p>Note that the work outlined in this RFP will be accessed via open sections of the park populated by the public. While this section of the Pier will be closed to the public during construction, site access from the street will run across BBPs open Greenway.</p>
