<p>This RFQ is for a one (1) year IDIQ blanket order agreement (Initial Term), with NYCHA's option, in its sole discretion to extend the term of the contract for one (1) year ('Renewal Period'). NYCHA will use this solicitation to award up to four (4) IDIQ contracts, each to varying independent vendors.</p><p> </p><p>The awarded bidder/vendor agrees to have SMD_MATERIALS_IDIQ WOODEN_KITCHEN_CABINETS readily available for delivery as soon as possible with the delivery schedule to be approved by NYCHA before award, on an 'as-needed basis' during the duration of the contract period. The Authority agrees it will order $100,000 the (Minimum Value of Materials) and no more than $2,975,000 the (Maximum Value of Materials) (defined in Specifications). The maximum Value may be increased by up to ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY PERCENT (150%) at the sole discretion of NYCHA.  Aside from the Minimum Value, the Authority makes no guarantee as to the quantity of Materials it may order. <p>NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (<strong>Proposals</strong>) from Service firms (the <strong>Proposers</strong>) to provide NYCHA with cybersecurity ratings (the Ratings) of NYCHAs third party vendors (Vendors) and continuous monitoring of those Vendors of which NYCHA requests a cybersecurity rating (the Continuous Monitoring)  as detailed more fully within <strong>Section II</strong> of this RFP (collectively, the <strong>Services</strong>).</p><p>The release date of this RFP is <strong>June 24, 2021</strong> (the <strong>Release Date</strong>).</p><p>Proposals must be received by NYCHA no later than <strong>2 p.m. </strong>on<strong> July 16, 2021</strong> (the <strong>Proposal Submission Deadline</strong>) through iSupplier. <p>The Work shall consist of furnishing labor, material, equipment, insurance, incidental items and permits, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, for the painting of residential apartments, interior public spaces and exterior work in any of the Buildings and throughout the grounds comprising the Development(s).  The Contractor must paint complete apartments (including all bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, foyers, dinettes, halls, bathrooms and closets).  The Contractor must paint complete or partial items of interior public work, including, but not limited to, public hall levels, management spaces, maintenance spaces, all centers, basement spaces, compactor rooms, pump and tank rooms, boiler rooms, etc.  The Contractor must paint Open A type stairway spaces and their connected public hall levels including any Open C type stairway spaces and scissor type spaces currently painted with intumescent fire-retardant paint. <p>NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (Proposals) from Insurance & Risk Management Professional firms (the Proposers) to provide NYCHA with four Insurance & Risk Management Scopes of Services as defined and detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services). Specifically, NYCHA seeks to retain a risk management consultant (RMC) (Scope of Services A), an insurance broker (IB) (Scope of Services B), an auditor consultant (AC) (Scope of Services C), and a risk control consultant (RCC) (Scope of Services D).</p><p>Proposers may submit Proposal(s) to perform any or all of the Scopes of Services (A through D). However, Proposers must submit a separate Proposal document for each Scope of Services they wish to perform, and may not combine multiple Scopes of Services into a single Proposal document.
