<ol> <li> <ol> <li>The release date of this RFQ is 11/07/2024</li> <li>A non-mandatory virtual Proposers conference will be held on 11/12/2024 at 12:00 pm, via Microsoft Teams. Pre bid Teams Meeting information: (646) 838-1534 Conference ID: (298 368 277 633) Passcode: 3xDZd4. Although attendance is not mandatory; it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend. In order to RSVP to the Pre-Bid Conference and obtain the Teams Meeting link to view the virtual conference email acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line to confirm attendance.</li> <li> All questions related to this RFQ are to be submitted via email to the CPD Procurement Unit at acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line by no later than 11/21/2024 on 2:00pm Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers Conference. Responses to all submitted questions will be available for public viewing in Sourcing under the RFQ. </li> <li> Bids are due via iSupplier portal. </li> </ol> </li></ol>Bid Submission RequirementsVendors shall electronically upload a single .pdf containing ALL components of the bid into iSupplier by the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA will NOT accept hardcopy Bids or bids via e-mail, fax, or mail.
