The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department or the Agency) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor (Contractor) to provide a full range of Process Serving Services within the five boroughs of New York City. The Agencys Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program (AOT) is responsible for overseeing and implementing Kendras Law (Chapter 408 of the Laws of 1999), which established a procedure whereby petitions may be brought in New York State Supreme Court requesting court-ordered outpatient treatment for people who have been non-compliant in the past with treatment of mental illness and who are unlikely to survive in the community without supervision. In order to properly implement the necessary court-ordered treatment, the Agency requires the services of a qualified vendor to complete filing of the petition in New York State Supreme Courts within the five boroughs and to serve the Notice of the Petition and/or examinations, or any other requested documents upon the legally required individual(s). The contract term is anticipated to be for six (6) years from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2031 with no renewal options.There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference at 11:00 A.M. As a result of this Law, NYS Department of Health approves, licenses and monitors every SBHC in NYS. School Based Health Centers are medical health centers within the schools. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Installation of Vinyl Composition (V/C) Floor Tile in Apartments and Public Spaces Located in various Neighborhood Bronx Developments for RFQ Series 508231 to 508240.All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the specified due date:a. MWBE Utilization Plan: must submit at time of bid proposal. b. Therefore, if the Bidder is awarded one of the IDIQ contracts in the Bid Series in Step1, the bidder shall be ineligible for the award of any additional IDIQ contracts in the Bid Series, regardless of whether the Bidder is the low bidder on these contracts (the 'Additional Contracts'), but subject to Step 2 below. b. These services include removal, installation, fabrication, repair, materials, supplies, and other services performed by the V/C Floor Tile trade across NYCHA developments City-wide. We are seeking experienced vendors to join our community and provide these in-demand services!What is a Pre-Qualified list?A PQL is a tool that NYCHA will use to primarily contract for V/C Floor Tile services for its developments, streamlining the process for both vendors and NYCHA. NYCHA will publish V/C Floor Tile services contracting opportunities, and the PQL will predominantly be used to procure V/C Floor Tile services. After pre-qualifying according to specific criteria, vendors can bid on VC Floor Tile services contracts released to the PQL.All contractors interested in NYCHAs V/C Floor Tile services PQL must follow two important steps:<ol> <li>Vendors can obtain a copy of the V/C Floor Tile Services Prequalification Application and prepare your response to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) at; https://www.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/nycha-pql.page.
