<p>New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invites consultants to submit proposals for the provision of relocation services for sub-tenants and/or occupants currently located at Station Plaza in Downtown Jamaica, Queens. NYCEDC anticipates that the services will include development of a business outreach strategy, identification of potential relocation sites for impacted tenants, and provision of direct relocation assistance on behalf of NYCEDC and/or any applicable Agencies.</p><p>Station Plaza is an infrastructure project identified in the Jamaica 2007 Rezoning Plan and the 2015 Jamaica Now Action Plan as a priority to improve pedestrian safety and traffic circulation, improve open space and roadways, and support significant private investments in the downtown core. It is one of three infrastructure projects to increase pedestrian safety and improve circulation at key intersections in Downtown Jamaica. With the Sutphin Underpass (complete) and Atlantic Avenue Extension (near completion), Station Plaza is the third and final component. The development of a pedestrian plaza will require the identified buildings to be vacated in order for the design to be realized. Accordingly, NYCEDC will coordinate relocation assistance efforts for these in-place tenants and is seeking a consultant to support these efforts.</p><p>NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: experience of key staff identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, the quality of the proposal, quality of the respondents reputation and references, and the proposed fee and schedule. These services are expected to be funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).</p><p>It is the policy of NYCEDC to comply with all federal, state and City laws and regulations which prohibit unlawful discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status and other protected category and to take affirmative action in working with contracting parties to ensure certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) share in the economic opportunities generated by NYCEDCs projects and initiatives. <p>NYC Health + Hospitals seeks to enter into an agreement with three or more law firms with extensive experience in matters arising under New York State Mental Hygiene Law such as Article 9 (Hospitalization of the Mentally Ill), Article 33 (Rights of Patients), and Article 81 (Proceedings for Appointment of a Guardian for Personal Needs or Property Management). In a typical month over the last 2 years, NYC Health + Hospitals has handled with the support of outside law firms approximately 60 Treatment over Objection cases, 120 Retention/Release cases, 15 Assisted Outpatient Treatment cases, and over 300 appearances. The selected law firms will be available to provide specialized legal services to NYC Health + Hospitals on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee that any firms selected will be called on to perform any work. Legal personnel assigned to perform work under the contract will provide services for any NYC Health + Hospitals entity, facility or unit and will render such services on a recurring, periodic, or irregular basis. It is anticipated that the large majority of matters will be generated from the Systems 10 hospitals and/or its 5 Post-Acute Care nursing facilities. NYC Health + Hospitals seeks to enter into agreements commencing April 1, 2023 for a period of three years with two one-year options to renew exercisable solely at the discretion of NYC Health + Hospitals. Work will be assigned to firms by the NYC Health + Hospitals Office of General Counsel under the provisions described in this RFP.</p>

<p>New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), in consultation with the City of New York and Mayors Office of Environmental Remediation (OER), is seeking a consultant to operate and manage the Citys clean soil stockpile (Stockpile) at 830 Forbell Street in Brooklyn, NY. The selected contractor will work with OER staff to approve clean soil from private and City projects for import to the Stockpile, to efficiently manage and keep segregated the various clean soils at the Stockpile, and to load out clean soil to City and private projects. The contractor will make topsoil at the Stockpile and make it available to City projects. The contractor will be responsible for performing soil analytics in support of receiving sites accepting Stockpile soil and, more generally, to increase the beneficial use of clean soil by private and public projects across New York City. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering clean soil and topsoil to nearby community gardens. The contractor may work with OER and/or other City agencies to develop and operate a second City clean soil Stockpile. <p>MetroPlus is seeking to select a vendor to enter into an agreement with a non-emergent transportation benefit management vendor. The selected vendor will be required to provide coordination management services for MetroPlus Managed Long Term Care, Medicaid Advantage Plan and Medicare Advantage members. There will be a pre proposal confrence held on 11/30/22 at 1:00 pm, information provided in RFP document on the City Record website.</p>
