<p>NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a partner for the provision and management of laundry and linen services, inclusive of the provision of staff located within each facility managing the end-to-end processes of laundry and linen in each facility. The program will service the 11 Acute Care Hospitals Hospital, five Skilled Nursing Facilities SNF, and one Long Term Acute Care Hospital LTACH, listed in Appendix XX. NYC Health + Hospitals vision is a seamless process through the cycle of this service, inclusive of the daily delivery of hygienically clean linen to each facility, the par-level based delivery of linen to each patient care unit, timely soiled linen collection, communication up and down the organization including linen committee management, staff in-servicing, and utilization reporting with appropriate use of technology. The program also includes the provision of automated scrubs dispensing machines, for staff working in the perioperative services, labor/delivery, and the emergency departments, at 9 of the 11 acute care settings. At the SNF and LTAC locations, in addition to the linen program, the service also includes the pick-up, laundering, and return of resident clothing. The pick-up and return should occur three times each week, for each of these facilities. In addition to the timely delivery and collection of linen and laundry, including resident clothing, outcomes include patient, staff and visitor safety by assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, effective organizational and staff communication, and uniformity in all services, programs, and cost control methods throughout NYC Health + Hospitals Laundry and Linen operations. Any non-management personnel recruited and assigned to this program, will be either a unionized employee or be paid prevailing wages as consistent with NYC Health + Hospitals collective bargaining agreements and applicable law.</p>

<p>The City University Construction Fund (CUCF), on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to redevelop via a public-private partnership the Site located at One Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10019 as further described in this RFP. The RFP seeks Proposals from qualified developers to redevelop the Site under both fee purchase and long-term ground lease scenarios.</p><p>The redevelopment of the Site must include a minimum of 355,000 GSF to house CUNY operations, including classrooms, laboratories, offices, academic and student support, and meeting spaces (the CUNY Facility).</p><p>In addition to providing the CUNY Facility, redevelopment of the Site must also represent highest and best use (Best Use) of the land in order to maximize the financial return to CUCF. CUCF anticipates that redevelopment of the Site will optimally yield the following:</p><p>1. The Selected Developer will fund and build the CUNY Facility;</p><p>2. Selected Developer will purchase or ground lease the Site for a price that maximizes the value to CUCF;</p><p>3. The CUNY Facility Cost will be the full capital cost of developing and constructing the CUNY Facility through construction completion, including, but not limited to, the cost of approvals and permitting; CUCF legal fees; and all design, construction, and project management costs including CUCF costs for owners representation (the CUNY Facility Cost);</p><p>4.
