I am trying to obtain a dataset showing all community gardens in NYC. I would also settle for a dataset only depicting GreenThumb gardens. But I cannot access it when I create a login with my Cornell gmail account. I used to be able to access it a few weeks ago, but the permissions seem to have changed.


I am trying to see where these gardens located in relation to regions of high food insecurity (i.e. pockets with many people on food stamps)

We are looking for subway and bus ridership data for the last 5 - 10 years. We are interested in when and where people are getting on and off buses as well as when and where people are exiting and entering subway stations. We also would like a unique identifier corresponding to an MTA card to determine when and where a specific user enters and exits the public transportation during individual trips.


We are looking at taxi, citibike, uber/lyft data to determine what parts of New York City are most frequently travelled as a way of determining where building new subway and bus stops would have the most impact. We would like to use the ridership information to analyze the existing usage of public transportation and identify stations that are over/underutilized. We can then use this information with the taxi/citibike/rideshare data to decide which stations/stop should be prioritized for maintenance and which stations/stops could be modified/moved to better accommodate the highly trafficked areas.

The purpose of my research is to determine the safety of our local parks. I would like to use this data to perform a buffer analysis and reference that to a shapefile I have for New York's subway stations. Building data - Currently, there is an enormous amount of data for each building and house inside the buildings department website, including year built or demolished. The jobs data is available for each BIN but not on the aggregate. Having that data on the aggregate instead of trying to access each building file would be very useful and...open.
