AFJ Consulting (AFJC) is a woman-owned, minority-owned market research and consulting firm that helps government agencies, corporations, and nonprofit organizations make informed decisions through data-driven insights. Founded and led by Ambika McGee, M.Ed., Certified Capture Manager (CCM), AFJC specializes in designing and executing research that informs policy, strengthens programs, improves customer and community experiences, and supports strategic planning.
AFJC provides comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research services, including community needs assessments, public opinion research, stakeholder engagement, customer and employee research, program evaluation, survey design and programming, focus groups, in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, and mixed-methods research.
