<p style='margin-bottom:12.0pt;line-height:115%;'> <span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;'>NOTICE OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING of the Franchise and Concession Review Committee and the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) to be held on 8/12/2024, at 2 Lafayette Street, Room 1412, in Manhattan, New York, NY 10007 commencing at 2:30 p.m. relative to:</span></span></p> <p align='left'> <span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'>INTENT TO AWARD as a concession </span> <span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'>a Sole Source License Agreement</span><span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'> (“License”) to </span><span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'>Third Sector New England Inc. (“Licensee”)</span><span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'> for </span><span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'>the installation, operation, and maintenance of a kiosk (“Hub”) for bicycle repair, e-bicycle charging, and ancillary services at City Hall Park in Manhattan, for the use and enjoyment of the general public. </span></p> <p align='left'> </p> <p style='margin-bottom:12.0pt;line-height:115%;'> <span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;'>The License will provide for one (1) ten (10)-year term with two (2) five (5)-year renewal options.</span></span></p> <p style='margin-bottom:12.0pt;line-height:115%;'> <span style='font-family:arial,sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;'>Compensation to the City will be as follows: Licensee will be responsible for all costs associated with the construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Hub.
