I felt like some people didn't care about my story (and that made me feel really bad. I tried to relay my experience and I didn't feel heard about my treatment and what I witnessed during the criminal justice system. I would have liked some feedback about that.
But I do appreciate the FJC and everyone was exceptional and was so nice. It was so bright and cheery and it was a wonderful. And it was nice to talk to other people while waiting and help each other out. It was a bright spot in my life. I'd like to say my psychiatric who I was connected to (name omitted) has been amazing, she's so special and she's helped me a lot. So I'd like to just recognize how wonderful she has been.
