The existing 81,175 gsf SI-1/Richmond Borough Repair building will be renovated to accommodate the expanded Richmond Borough Repair Shop and storage of weather-sensitive vehicles for the SI-1 and SI-garages. The project will reposition and enclose the site's salt storage facility with a shed (6,751 sf), replace the fuel tanks and dispensers, renovate the public Household Special Waste and E-waste Recycling Drop-off Facility, add pavement for unenclosed equipment storage and accessory parking, and improve site drainage. The small on-site wastewater treatment plant will be demolished and a new six-inch 2000-foot sanitary force main will connect to the City sanitary sewer. See attachments.
