In total, the proposed project would contain approximately 306,190 square feet of floor area that would accommodate up to approximately 314 affordable dwelling units, up to 4,300 square feet of ground-floor retail, and approximately 10,300 square feet of community facility space that is expected to be occupied by a publicly-funded day care center.

DOT is proposing the rehabilitation of East 175th Street Bridge over the Harlem Line of the Metro North Railroad between north and south Park Avenues in the Tremont section of Bronx Community Board 6. The rehabilitation of the bridge will result in an amendment to the City Map by raising the existing legal grade of East 175th Street at the bridge to accommodate the new bridge profile. In addition, the rehabilitation will allow for the correction of several non-standard design features such as increasing stopping sight distance from 153 feet to 165 feet, replacing current 2 and 4 curb reveals with standard 7 reveals, altering current .22% bridge cross slopes to a standard 2% cross slope and increasing the existing vertical clearance under the bridge from 15-9 to 16-0. The Build year is 2021. The rehabilitation of the bridge will consist of the replacement and/or rehabilitation of:  Concrete deck and parapets;  Steel girders with pre-stressed concrete box beams;  Sections of both abutment backwalls;  Bridge bearings;  One (1) water main;  Addition of a new water main;  Con Edison deck utilities;  Approach roadways; and  Traffic signals and street lighting.
