Project Description
DSNY proposes to temporarily license a two-story, approximately 8,255 square foot building with a paved exterior parking lot of approximately 65,199 sf at 2383 Blackrock Avenue in the Bronx (Site). The Site, located on Block 3827, Lot 1, will be used for interim swing space for the Bronx 7 district garage during DSNY's slab replacement work at the combined Bronx Districts 7/8 garage complex at 423 West 215th Street in Manhattan.
