Project Description
New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is proposing to replace one (1) existing sodium hypochlorite tank (tank 003) (the proposed action) in the T3CB located at Hillview Reservoir (HVR), in the City of Yonkers. Sodium hypochlorite tank 003 is located inside the T3CB at HVR. It is used to chlorinate and disinfect City Tunnel 3 at HVR. A mandated 5-year inspection of tank 003 revealed that the tank interior lining is damaged. The floor of the tank needs repair for damaged coating at various locations and two brackets for the feed line are damaged. It was also noticed that Barcol readings for the tank interior walls and floors are low. DEP needs this tank to operate reliably until the Hillview Reservoir Improvement project reaches substantial completion in 2029.

Vineyard Theatre Renovation Project
Project Description
Vineyard Theatre (the Organization) is proposing to renovate its facility in the Zeckendorf Towers at 108 East 15th Street (Block 870, Lot 7501), where it has operated for over 30 years. Today, the facilitys mechanical systems are at the end of their useful life, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance is a challenge, and general access and circulation are constrained. Therefore, the Organization is seeking discretionary funding (the Proposed Action) from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) to contribute to the costs to improve physical infrastructure, expand safety and disability access, and replace expiring HVAC and plumbing systems.

Pier 90
Project Description
TThis Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) considers the proposed improvements to the Manhattan-Cruise Terminal (MCT) at Pier 90 (the proposed project) located on the Hudson River at West 50th Street in an M2-3 zoning district. The proposed project is a lessee capital project to be undertaken under the terms stipulation of a leasing agreement between Ports America (lessee) and the City of New York (lessor). MCT at Pier 90 currently serves as a Cruise Terminal with event use on non-cruise days and will continue to do so with the proposed improvements. The proposed improvements would primarily affect the berth on the north side of Pier 90 (Berth 4), which has operational deficiencies and infrastructure that exceeds its design-life and does not meet current accessibility standards. In addition, the berth's current configuration limits the size of the cruise ship fleet that can be accommodated at Pier 90. The proposed project would improve Pier 90 with the construction of a new approximately 60-foot-wide apron on the north side of the pier (Berth 4). The expanded apron is intended to remedy existing deficiencies at the pier that do not allow for modern higher capacity cruise passenger vessels to be serviced at Berth 4.

A 'Tier II site' is a zoning lot or other tract of land having an average percent of slope equal to or greater than 10 percent. These actions are referred to in this EAS as the Proposed Actions. The Proposed Actions would facilitate the development on Block 2284, Lot 34, located in the Lighthouse Hill neighborhood of Staten Island Community District 2. The Proposed Actions would affect an area that is bound by Nugent Street to the north and St. George Road to the south. The area described above is referred to as the Project Area.
