1011 1044 1010 Rutland Road Enid and Allen George. 2005. 9/29/2020 MH- Ms George believes her mother's three properties were taken away from her 15 years ago due to fraud. She is compling the paperwork but still has not sent it over. An email was sent today asking her to provide when she is able to. Item closed until further notice. 4/28/2021 MH- Updates Below is my November 2, 2020 memo regarding the George estate.
• RTS (Lillian George) assigned to Ama
• Ms. George advised that her mother’s three properties were illegally seized by the city in 2003.
• Review of the property records show that her mother had outstanding property taxes. The properties were sold to pay the outstanding taxes. After the sale of the properties, the estate has $203,822.26 remaining. Her mother and father are deceased. Ms. George wants the properties back, not the money.
• Ms. George was convicted of assault on a neighbor and served 10 years at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility which is why she is just coming to our office now.
• Ms. George keeps saying that she will bring the paperwork to the office and leave it with the officer for me to scan. To date, she has not done that. She has only sent partial pictures of some documents.
• October 15th, Ms. George stated she walked into her Harlem apt and noticed that her computer was on. She believed that the police entered her home without permission. She got on a train to Brooklyn and stood outside of BBH at 10pm. She called Marcus the next morning to say that the BP walked past her and didn’t acknowledge her. She also indicated that a 30th precinct car drove past her and she believes that we were meeting with her local precinct in her absence.
• Ms. George only wants to speak to you. She was advised that we need to review her paperwork in an effort to assist her. (Ama recommends that you not meet with her.)
• Ms. George is in the process of losing her apt because she is not paying her portion of the rent and has not made arrangements with the property management team.
