(“PMS”) to commence work on Capis ID PW348-71, Contract No. 20191404531 CM/Design/Build for the Replacement and Upgrade of Petroleum Storage Tanks for the Borough of Manhattan. The contract was awarded for a maximum fee of $28,026,750.00 and was partially registered by the Comptroller on September 21, 2018 in the amount of $4,885,000.00. The term of the contract is 1,095 consecutive calendar days from September 21, 2018. Contract termination date is September 19, 2021.
