NYPD Officer Profile - Members of Service

This is the main table of the Officer Profile dataset.  It contains the current list of active uniform members of service (UMOS).  Each row in the table is an individual UMOS.  As this data is a snapshot of current uniformed members, UMOS that retire, resign or are terminated are no longer included. UMOS may be designated a civilian title, e.g. Deputy Commissioner, but still retain the UMOPS status.  The term rank is application to uniform MOS and the term title is reserved for civilians.
