It seems that many of the zoning opendata datasets were updated within the past few days and the data is mixed up/no longer accurate.

For example, the zoning districts dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/dataset/nyzd/wktb-rwje) seems to be showing limited height districts, not all of the zoning districts.

The limited height districts dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/bgax-wrwp) is now showing the zoning districts.

The special purpose districts dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/dataset/nysp/sy4f-ta4f) is showing the special purpose subdistricts dataset.

The special purpose subdistricts dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/drjq-gb69) I think is now showing the zoning amendments data.

The commercial overlays dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/qg8s-nci4) I think is now showing the special purpose districts dataset.

Zoning amendments dataset (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/r8d8-qrth) is showing limited height districts.

I think Historic Districts (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/resource/carn-tkei) is the only zoning dataset that's still accurate.

All of the zoning datasets should be checked and corrected.

The data at the following site is incorrect:

It lists a total of 16 million people, if you add up all 5 boroughs on this list. This is obviously wrong as the real population is closer to 8 or 9 million.

I have already sent a message about this multiple times and it's still not fixed.

Would it be possible to add a column for "Work Permit Status" to the DOB NOW Dataset? Or is this available in another Dataset? I am having trouble to find it.

In some cases, while the Filing is in "Permit Entire" the individual permit is in "Signed-off" status, as an example see the Job # B00510774-I1. This would be very helpful to me as I curate data for our team on what is pending signoff, and what has been completed.

This individual status column is available for BIS, but I don't believe that it's available for DOB NOW datasets.

I'm basing this on my observation on the decision dates -- some dates from 6/16-6/26 have no decisions listed for them (even though they were Mon-Thur when the majority of decisions are listed), and others have many fewer than that day of the week usually has. 1. The update frequency says every 6 months on an automatic schedule. Is this accurate? That would mean that data on notices are published after the entire lien sale cycle, which undermines the purpose of automated publicly available data on notices. If that's the case, could you publish data on notices and final sales on this portal when it's available to the public?
2. Requesting that you add a Date field for the date the record was added. Month doesn't allow a differentiation of the most recent data, e.g. in 2021 both the 10-day notice and final sale happened in December.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS BEFORE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED BUT IT IS STILL INCORRECT MONTHS LATER.

The data at the following site is incorrect:

It lists a total of 16 million people, if you add up all 5 boroughs on this list. This is obviously wrong as the real population is closer to 8 or 9 million.

The Open Data team needs to pull this dataset down or fix it. The Department of City Planning (DCP) reported your concern and agrees that this should be removed or fixed. It is out of our hands. You are correct. The Department of City Planning (DCP) did not post this dataset. It looks like this was generated based on the New York City Population By Neighborhood Tabulation Areas (https://data.cityofnewyork.us/City-Government/New-York-City-Population-By-Neighborhood-Tabulatio/swpk-hqdp/data), which contains data for both 2000 and 2010 Census, that is why you see the "double-count" for each borough. This dataset is not accurate and it also out of date. I asked Open Data team to remove this immediately - DO NOT USE.
