Inquiry
Hi, I have been working on the Motor Vehicle Collisions dataset, and I was hoping to clear up some of the codes used in the Vehicle Types columns. Most are obvious abbreviations or misspellings, but some I am only fairly sure of, and others I have no idea about and googling did not clear up. Since some of these appear repeatedly (100 or more instances), I assume they mean something and are not in error. If someone would help me out with this (or point me to the right place to find out myself).
Ones I am pretty sure of, but I want to double check:
"3d" = 3-door
"4dsd" = 4-door sedan
"bu" = bus
"am" = ambulance
"com" = commercial
"booml" = boom lift
Ones that I have no idea about, but appear 100x or more:
ds
dp
fb
gg
trail
ll
tt
cb
rf
cm
I would appreciate any help you can offer,
Best,
James Hanks
