we are doing some open-source research on the Violations Data. And we have noticed very large spikes during certain months in certain years. We are looking for some advices on whether these are erroneous? We did not see an attachment fold here - please see below for the date in questions. In the event that this data is mis-formatted when the form is submitted, we are happy to provide a csv via email.
