The proportion of NYC adults with likely diabetes (history of two or more A1C test values of 6.5% or greater as of 2020) who had a test result reported to the NYC A1C Registry in the year of interest whose latest test result is <8.0%. The denominator for this analysis is persons with likely diabetes (as described above) with a test result reported to the Registry (~620,000). This data is reported by calendar year, not fiscal year. The MMR reports data from the previous calendar year (i.e. FY24 = CY23). Because of this, MMR data through June FY24 accounts for CY23 data through December.
