Description
The monthly average of cash assistance and non-cash assistance child support cases for which a support order has been established by a court, as a percent of the total number of open child support cases. Cases with orders of support include all cases with an order—both actively charging cases and arrears only cases. Arrears only cases are those where the order stopped charging, but debt it still owed.
