The designated entrance and exit for bicycles to 2 Grand Central Tower is the building's Loading Dock. It is located on E. 44th Street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Avenue.

From that 44th Street Entrance, the registered bicycle users must follow the Pedestrian Ramp up to the Loading Dock Platform and take the hydraulic elevator to the cellar level for screening by Building Security. The Bicycle User must present a valid Building Identification Card with the appropriate decal designating them as a registered and authorized Bicycle user. After screening the Bicycle User shall access the Internal Freight Elevator for access to their floor.
