Observe all stips on this permit, obey all postings, restrictions and Traffic Rules and Regs on the route during this move and on all NYC and NYS bridges and structures. Permit does not absolve permittee of any responsibility for damage done to NYC and NYS bridges due to this move. RE Cranes not permitted to travel on any NYC movable bridges, not permitted on NYC posted bridges, must occupy two lanes on bridges, are not permitted on Bklyn Bridge, are permitted on Outer Roadways on Williamsburg Bridge and not permitted on Inner Roadways, are permitted on Lower Inner Roadways on Queensboro Bridge, not permitted on Lower Outer Roadways and Upper Roadways, are permitted on Williamsburg Bridge (OR), Queensboro Bridge (LIR) or Manhattan Bridge only when wind velocity is less than 40 MPH. , permitted self-propelled cranes must move with speed less than 15 mph, when Cranes are on bridges, cranes use the lower Roadway on Manhattan Bridge, any change in the proposed cranes weight or configuration will not be allowed, must follow and obey all posted signs along the route regarding height restrictions, speed, weight, etc - as well as all NYC Traffic Rules + Regulations. Obtain approvals from PANYNJ, NYSDOT, TBTA, etc. Permittee is responsible for any repair for damage incurred to bridge structure caused by proposed crossing. Cranes cross City-Bridges, when traffic volume is low. This permit is only approved based on the cranes axles weight and spacing submitted to us in your OD applications. It is crane owners responsibility to adjust the standard crane axle weight (if exceeds than submitted axle weight) by removing any parts, such as Counter weight, Outrigger beams, etc to meet the submitted axle weight
