Vehicle must occupy two lanes on the bridge.The permitted vehicle must move with speed less than 10 mph, when vehicle is on bridge. It is recommended to maintain same speed and not apply brake when vehicle is on bridge.Any change in the proposed vehicle weight or configuration will not be allowed. The Vehicle must be escorted by vehicles weighting not more than 5000 pounds, 100 ft in front and 100 ft behind the vehicle.Do not travel over the bridge if the winds exceed 30 mph. Vehicles including NYC police or other escort vehicles and pedestrian(s) shall not be allowed on the bridges while vehicle is crossing the bridges (Full Closure).The permitted vehicle must move with speed less than 5 mph, when vehicle is on bridges. It is recommended to maintain same speed and not apply brake when vehicle is crossing the bridges.Do not travel over the bridges if the winds exceed 30 mph.Any change in the proposed vehicle weight or configuration will not be allowed. Vehicle must follow and obey all posted signs along the route regarding height restrictions, speed, weight, etc - - as well as all NYC Traffic Rules and Regulations.
